Difficult to cook on such an analog stove
“It’s difficult to cook on such an analog stove!” shouts my brother (owner of a new induction stove with touch controls) from the kitchen of my mother (owner of a thirty-year-old electric stove with rotary knobs and glass ceramic hob). “So the knobs are excellent. But it’s difficult with the residual heat and timely preheating.”
This is the first time I’ve heard “analog” in this context. So I’m just documenting here that my brother said it once in 2024 and not that it’s common usage. Which could be the case, but I don’t know anything about it.
