Product coaching enables an organization to go beyond traditional product development. Product coaches work intensively with product owners, product managers and product leaders.

According to Annette Greil, there is no typical week in the life of a product coach. She spends her time on a variety of tasks, from one-on-one meetings with team members to facilitating workshops to analyzing product strategies and optimizing workflows.

The skills required for this role are equally diverse, including strong communication skills, empathy, a deep understanding of product management practices, and a strong ability to solve complex problems. Greil not only concludes with some valuable tips for aspiring product coaches, but also takes a look into the future: How will product coaching change in the coming years?

The current edition of the podcast is also available on the Produktwerker blog: ā€œProduct Coachingā€.
