O @restaurantweekbrasil takes place from March 14th to April 14th, in 30 establishments in Campinas and the region, offering complete menus (with starter, main course and dessert), with prices ranging from R$54.90 to R$109.00.
The event will feature Brazilian, Italian, Argentine, Mexican and Japanese cuisine, among others. With the theme “Vegetarian Revolution”, this edition invites restaurants to also offer meat-free options on their menus this week.
“New textures, flavors and combinations are highlighted, providing a gastronomic experience that challenges the senses and expands culinary horizons. This theme is not just a celebration of vegetarianism, but rather an invitation to reflect on our food choices and the impact they have on the world around us”, explains the creator of Brasil Restaurant Week, Fernando Reis.
Among the participants, 430 Gradi Cambuí, Consagrado’s Brew Garden, La Boca Parrilla Argentina, Ramalho Experience, Virtu Gastronomia, from Indaiatuba, and Empório Verace, from Jundiaí.
