2024 Lineup: Program of an exceptional edition!

A breathtaking stage on the lake and a return to the legendary casino: the 58th Montreux Jazz Festival promises to be historic. Today we announce the names of the artists who will make this edition unforgettable. More than ever, the festival has paid attention to creating double evenings that present significant and complementary pairs of artists. From July 5th to 20th, 2024, cult bands, big premieres, long-awaited returns and future legends of all genres are on the program.

The lake and mountains form the natural backdrop for this breathtaking stage. With a capacity of 5,500 people (including 600 covered seats at the top of the square), the main stage of this edition maintains the intimate character that distinguishes it from large open-air festivals. Like all stages of the festival, the sound will be provided by Meyer Sound, a historic partner that has helped make Montreux a benchmark in this regard.

The Casino’s program reflects the diversity of today’s music and blurs the boundaries between jazz, Afrobeats, pop and rap. This intimate setting, which has a long musical history, has also proven ideal for presenting special projects from more established artists. With a capacity of 1,300 people, its mixed configuration – seated and standing room – is reminiscent of the auditory pleasures of the casino’s golden years.

FESTIVAL-SETUP

The work on the congress center presented the festival team with a major challenge, but above all made it possible to present a completely new edition in the heart of the city. With an expanded program along the banks and many free stages, the festival will maintain its usual capacity of 250,000 spectators.
