Show presenter Alexander Bommes has been there since the beginning and has accompanied the show participants since 2015. He was also hit by the news of Nagorsnik’s death on April 24, 2024. “I admired him and really enjoyed playing and laughing with him,” he says in the “NDR Talk Show”, which will be broadcast on May 10, 2024. He gives details that were not previously known. The “hunter” didn’t show up at the hotel that evening, but was in charge of recording the next day. “For him, the show was a huge part of his life. “He loved the hunter job and we loved it too,” says Bommes. “We were deeply affected and thought about what we should do next,” he says, referring to the current week of production and the four days of filming still to come. “We came together, remained silent for him, then clapped for him, which is what he would have wanted. Then we continued for him too, but that was brutal,” says Bommes on NDR. By the way, the episode of the “NDR Talk Show” is a special one: Thanks to a new concept, it can be seen on several channels that evening and displaces other talk shows.

Since 2014, Nagorsnik has been one of the hunters on the ARD quiz show, which was still running on NDR at the time.
