Julia Furdea and her colleague Jakob Glanzner performed in one for a whole week Special edition of the challenge series “Jallenge Accepted” against each other.
Jakob had to experience what birth felt like. He was testing a contraction simulator.
On Friday the fun came to an end for the time being, as Julia finally said goodbye for her well-deserved maternity break.

Before that, her colleagues looked back on Julia’s time at Café Puls, after all Julia is now Part of Café Puls for almost six years. She moderated for the first time on September 17, 2018, but not yet from the couch at that time. Instead, she provided information about the weather at the time.
Since then, of course, Julia not only reported on the weather, but also tested various sporting activities and completed numerous “Jallenges” with Jakob. The Café Puls team put their best – and funniest – moments into a “Best Of” video that’s worth watching.

Worthy representation
Julia looks forward to her maternity leave with both a laughing and a crying eye: “I’m looking forward to getting the room ready and making all the preparations while I’m on maternity leave. But I’ll be Café Puls and the entire crew and editorial team miss it very much and I’m sure I’ll go into the maternity break with a few tears in my eyes.”
In any case, her colleagues will properly represent the moderator during her maternity leave. The Café Puls breakfast team will receive support from Dori Bauer, Miriam Pössnicker and Alex Kratki.
