Young football player of Crvena zvezda Stefan Mitrovic he continues his career in Verona, Italy, he writes “Mozart Sport”. Mitrović will sign for Verona on the last day of the winter transfer window, and Zvezda will earn 1,300,000 euros from the transferthat is, another 20 percent of the next sale will follow, which is much more modest than expected when he arrived at “Maracana”.

Mitrović (21) delighted Dejan Stanković and insisted on bringing him in the summer of 2022 for 500,000 euros, then it was rumored that Zvezda rejected an offer of five million euros for him, that Barcelona was also following him, but his parties were in red – in the end, they did not send off such ambitious announcements. It seemed at the beginning of this season that he would “explode” with Barak Bahar, but even that was short-lived, so Zvezda decided to sell him already this winter.

His father also confirmed the transfer on social networks with a message that he was proud, and it is expected that Verona will present the fast-footed footballer with whom he hopes to survive in Serie A today.

Stefan Mitrović was born in Kruševac, but he started his playing career in Canada, where he lived from an early age. During 2019, he caught the eye of Radnička from Niš and it didn’t take long for him to “bounce” in the Super League, where he scored 13 goals and four assists in 61 appearances. In the Zvezda jersey, he did not repeat those games, so due to fierce competition on the left flank, he played 56 times and scored nine goals.

This season, he first played with Barak Bahar as a left wing-back, however, after the match with Manchester City, he began to “fall” and got less and less chances, although the coach tried him in other positions as well – such as right back. Maybe that also influenced it not to develop to the end.
