Beba, a Challenge XX contestant, was expelled from the program after failing to comply with a punishment designated for the Alpha team. The participant leaves the program, leaving controversies and fights with her colleagues.
The problems that ended up getting Beba out were evident during chapter 19 of Challenge XX, when the Beta team defined that Alpha’s punishment would be for its members to spend 24 hours wearing boxing gloves.
This caused discontent in the Barranquilla woman, who began to argue with her teammates. After the dispute, the participant decided to take off her gloves and leave Playa Baja, spending the night at the Alpha house.
In the morning she returned to her teammates, telling the Challenge cameras that she questioned her abilities to relate to other people and stating that she had felt that her teammates “treated her badly.” Additionally, she claimed that she had never really been a fan of the show, something that caused a stir among many.
The consequences of non-compliance became tangible when meeting Andrea Serna in the Box Negro. There, the presenter informed her that her actions had to be punished, for which she had been expelled from Desafío XX.
“I don’t want to be here. I never felt like I was on a team. I feel happy and blessed to be expelled,” Beba expressed to her teammates.
Likewise, she emphasized that she had an injury that she suffered before entering the reality show, which was aggravated when doing the tests where she had to use her arm. Despite this, Andrea Serna responded that the Challenge’s medical team had more than 20 years of experience, which is why they were qualified to determine if she had the physical capabilities to be in the competition.
Her teammates immediately reacted to the expelled participant’s statements, emphasizing that her actions during the last moments of the competition were not the best, especially due to the comments she made about some of her teammates.
