Belarus, the opponent Protasevich and his girlfriend Sapega moved to house arrest

MOSCOW. The Bio-Belarusian authorities moved political opponent Roman Protasevich, who was arrested on 23 May after the Ryanair flight on which he was traveling was hijacked from Athens and Minsk, to house arrest. The BBC reports.

Together with his girlfriend Sofia Sapega, also arrested at the Minsk airport, Protasevich finds himself in an apartment in the Belarusian capital. The family said they had no other information.
