It is reported that Li accidentally touched Xiang Xueqiu’s broom while cleaning, and the two sides confronted each other loudly out of anger, and then developed to push each other, and Xiang Xueqiu was pushed to the ground.

Xiang Xueqiu was born in China in 1958 and met Rescuy in China. In 2018, he arrived in South Korea with her husband.
On April 9 this year, Xiang Xueqiu hit a clerk in the back of the head at a clothing store in Seoul and slapped another clerk who had acted on him, causing the victim’s face to be red and swollen and his eyes bleeding. Xiang Xueqiu was suspected of violence by the police. File a case.
According to the investigation at the time, because Xiang Xueqiu wore the same style as the clothes sold in the store, the clerk mistakenly believed that she had worn the clothes without paying, so he chased them out to confirm, and apologized to her after learning of the misunderstanding. However, Xiang Xueqiu was reluctant and returned to the store, pushing and beating the clerk, who had no choice but to call the police.
After the incident, the South Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs formally protested to the Belgian Embassy. Rescuy apologized through social media on the 22nd and said that he would arrange for his wife to be investigated by the police.
Affected by the incident, the Belgian Embassy in South Korea issued a statement on the 28th stating that in the best interests of both parties, Rescuy, who has been in office for three years, cannot continue to perform his duties. The Belgian Embassy in South Korea also stated on Facebook on the 28th that Xiang Xueqiu had waived his diplomatic immunity at the request of the South Korean police.
