Since the launch of the Rolex Certified Pre-Owned program in December 2022 (Bucherer having been the very first retailer in the world to offer this service), customers can purchase pre-owned Rolexes dating back at least three years, directly authenticated and guaranteed by the brand.
This program, exclusive to the brand and available only in certain approved points of sale, allows you to purchase second-hand Rolexes that are authenticated, maintained and covered by a two-year warranty by Rolex.
Note that the Rolex CPO program also guarantees that each watch is authentic (always one of the sensitive points when buying second-hand with the development of “good” copies), that it remains in its original configuration and that it has not undergone any transformation.
With the opening of the new Rolex CPO lounge in the flagship store of Bucherer (the retailer now owned by Rolex) at 45 rue du Rhône, visitors are immersed in the spirit of the brand and, by discovering the watches on display, can familiarize themselves with the know-how hidden behind these timepieces.
Located in the heart of Geneva, on the fourth floor of the Bucherer flagship store, the new Rolex Certified Pre-Owned lounge covers more than 90 m2. Its design highlights the identity of Rolex, blending in perfectly with the Bucherer boutique.
Visitors enter a space reminiscent of the atmosphere of a living room. Club-inspired touches give it extra charm. Large windows bathe the room in light and allow guests to have a breathtaking view of Lake Geneva.
This new CPO lounge stands out with its polished marble mineral surfaces in dark chocolate and beige tones, combined with beige-colored fluted wooden surfaces that blend with the wooden flooring.
The fluted pattern of the surfaces is inspired by the grooves found, of course, on watch bezels, in homage to the codes of the Rolex manufacture and timepieces. Watch enthusiasts will be able to marvel at the displays which allow them to discover the pieces on display in detail.
Visitors will also discover a constantly renewed selection of classics and rare second-hand pieces.
