California has sued the Tesla company on charges of discrimination and harassment against black employees at its factory in the San Francisco Bay area.
The lawsuit, filed in Alameda County Superior Court, was triggered by hundreds of worker complaints, said Kevin Kish, head of the State Department of Fair Employment and housing.
