Canada, a Spanish fishing boat sinks: several deaths are feared

A Spanish fishing boat has been shipwrecked off the island of Newfoundland, Canada; there are fears that several people have died. This was announced by the Spanish authorities.

Three sailors were found alive, according to Spanish government spokeswoman Isabel Rodríguez, explaining that for the moment she cannot provide any other data. On board, according to Iberian media, there were 22 people. Searches are underway to find any other survivors.
