CBD hemp stolen and sold as THC marijuana – defense makes serious allegations against public prosecutor
They are said to have stolen ten bags of CBD hemp from an empty warehouse and resold them as THC marijuana, and several items worth ten thousand francs from an empty farmhouse. The public prosecutor’s office accuses two Aargau women of several crimes – and suffers a defeat at the Zofingen district court.

The warehouse on Höllstrasse in Fulenbach, Solothurn is run down: weeds are growing in cracks, the blue gates are faded, the windows are steamed up. Sometime in the summer of 2019, two women in their early 20s, let’s call them Francesca V. and Mara Z, entered this hall. In the warehouse they found relics of a former indoor hemp facility: a mountain of garbage bags with flower and plant remains from CBD hemp. The two disappear with ten sacks.
