CK Hutchison Holdings Limited has just issued a statement informing the Hong Kong Stock Exchange of promotions and changes in the positions of several Group Executive Directors effective April 1, 2024.
Key points from the announcement include:
Victor TK Li will continue to serve the company as President and Chief Executive Officer of CK Hutchison Holdings (“CKHH”), but will cease to be Group Co-Chief Executive Officer.
Canning Fok will be appointed Vice President of CKHH and Executive Director of CK Hutchison Group Telecom Holdings Limited, but will cease to be Co-Chief Executive Officer of CKHH. Frank Sixt Dominic Lai will be appointed Co-General Managers of CKHH. Mr. Sixt will continue as Group Chief Financial Officer. Both Mr. Sixt and Mr. Lai are seasoned veterans of the Group for over 30 years. Andrew Hunter will be appointed Executive Director of CKHH.

“Messrs Sixt and Lai have been strong veterans of the Group for over 30 years and are well versed in the Group’s business and operations. They are fully equipped and well positioned to continue to lead the Group into the future. “Mr Hunter has been with the Group for over 35 years and will be a valuable addition to the Board of Directors.”
