INDOZONE.ID – Crystal Palace midfielder, Jairo Riedewald, has the potential to visit Indonesia at the end of May 2024.

Since the end of January 2024, Jairo Riedewald’s name has been discussed as a candidate for a player who will be naturalized as an Indonesian citizen (WNI).
Reportedly, PSSI General Chair Erick Thohir has made a video call with the 27 year old midfielder.

In this conversation, Jairo Riedewald almost visited Indonesia on FIFA Matchday March 2024.
However, because he wanted to focus on recovering from his injury, his planned visit was cancelled.
In March-April 2024, Jairo Riedewald suffered an injury, but has recovered and returned to playing with the Crystal Palace squad, known as The Eagles.

“Maybe, it depends on several factors,” answered Jairo Riedewald.
If his visit occurs at the end of May 2024 or after the 2023-2024 Premier League season ends, then Jairo Riedewald’s chances of joining the Indonesian National Team are even higher.
