For the sake of its own safety, the world should now prove that Russia will not get away with so much terror.” This was stated by the Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelensky, in his usual message to the population. “I am grateful to all leaders and states, all nations and international organizations who have supported Ukraine and are ready to help our people and our unemployment efforts,” he said. “The Attorney General has already appealed to the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court to involve international justice in the investigation of the dam explosion”.
