Daniela Ryf will end her career after more than two decades at the highest level. The 36-year-old triathlete announced that she would play her last professional season this year.

Daniela Ryf won her tenth and final world champion title, the fifth in an Ironman, in May 2022 in Utah after triumphing four times in Hawaii. Last June, she set the world‘s best time over the legendary distance during the Roth event in Germany, in 8h08’21. “Quitting a year after taking this step is a great conclusion for me,” she stressed.
