KK Partizan said goodbye to Dejan Milojević, the legendary basketball player and coach who tragically passed away at the age of 47. The fantastic Milojević remained forever in the hearts of black and white fans as an incredible fighter and a fantastic basketball player, and one game in particular was remembered. Never before or since has a Partizan player so dominated a Euroleague match.
On December 2, 2004, Dejan Milojević stepped onto the field of a packed “Pionir” and decided to destroy Olympiakos! Red and white from Piraeus, with the team in which the father of current Partizan player Dušan Vukčević played, as well as Milan Tomić, Ivan Zoroski, Elvir Ovina, Lazaros Agadaakis and Džef Norgard, could not do anything to the fantastic wing center of the black and whites!

He shot an incredible 13/16 for two points and 9/11 from the free throw line to lead the Black and Whites to an 87-73 victory at home.

In that season, Blake Step, Milan Gurović, Predrag Šuput, Novica Veličković, Petar Božić, Luka Bogdanović, Uroš Tripković and Slobodan Božović also played for Partizan, but no one was even close to the incredible Milojević. At the end of that season, apart from that victory, Partizan had only one more triumph in the Euroleague and finished in the last place of its group with almost 2/12, but the match with Olympiakos remained in the memory of the “undertaker”.
As for the domestic competition, in the regular part of the season, Partizan managed to take the leading position ahead of Hemofarm, Refleks was third, and Crvena zvezda was fourth. In the end, Milojević was by far the best player in the league, and he also won the domestic title with the black and whites, one of two in the jersey of the team from Belgrade.
