The continuous appearance of UFO sighting videos has made it a hot topic that cannot be avoided from the private sector to the government. Former Florida Senator and aerospace veteran Bill Nelson (Bill Nelson) said in an interview with CNN Business Channel Rachel Crane on Thursday (June 3) that even at the top of NASA, no one Know what the high-speed flying object the navy pilot saw.

Nelson’s statement echoes the conclusions of a new report that the Pentagon is expected to release later this month. Five sources familiar with the results of the study told CNN that US intelligence officials found no evidence that the UFO is an alien spacecraft. However, the investigators did not have a clear statement about what these mysterious objects might be.
“We don’t know if it’s an alien; we don’t know if it’s an enemy; we don’t know if it is an optical phenomenon.” Nelson continued: “We don’t think (it’s an optical phenomenon) because those The characteristics described by naval jet pilots… So, the bottom line is, we want to know.”
NASA spokesperson Jackie McGuinness said that Nelson did not establish a formal task force to investigate UFOs. However, he did instruct the researchers to explore any relevant clues around this topic if they deem appropriate.
“In fact, there is not a lot of data… Scientists should follow these clues freely, and it should not be stigmatized.” McGuinness said, she admitted that UFO research may be negatively linked to baseless conspiracy theories.
“This is a very interesting phenomenon, and Americans are obviously interested in it, (so if) scientists want to investigate, they should do it,” McGuinness said.
NASA steps in to identify UFOs
For a long time, UFO sightings have continuously appeared to fascinate Americans. In 2017, an explosive report in the New York Times made alien fans increasingly obsessed with UFOs. The report involved numerous UFO incidents witnessed by U.S. military pilots, as well as secret government investigations on this subject.
One of the most famous sightings was a video taken in 2004. The UFO called “Tic Tac” in the video looks exactly like that cylindrical mint. The pilot who filmed the video told New Times in 2019 that the way the ghostly flying object flew violated the “normal laws of physics.”
“New Times” also disclosed a related video in 2019, which was captured by a US Navy Super Hornet fighter pilot in 2015. It showed that a strange circular object flew directly toward the 120 mph storm. The pilots could be heard yelling, and they wondered if they saw a drone. Then the object seemed to stop, hovering, leaning forward silently.
KLAS-TV Las Vegas investigative reporter George Knapp told the paranormal show “Mystery Wire” last Thursday (May 27) that UFOs are no longer individual phenomena, but “A large number of UFOs in reality.”
