A strong earthquake was recorded this afternoon, Thursday, February 15, in Lima. The Geophysical Institute of Peru (IGP) reported that the magnitude of the earthquake was 5.4 and its epicenter was located 36 kilometers west of Huaral.
The tremor occurred at 3:53 pm (local time) and according to the IGP it had a depth of 57 kilometers, being felt with an intensity IV-V in Huaral.
