Atalanta struggled to cope with the opponent’s constant one-two passes in the opening minutes and was taken by surprise in the 17th minute. Paulinho gave the home team the lead. Atalanta did not give in as a result. Before both Holm and Scamacca hit the post, the attacker equalized the game in the 39th minute.
In the second half, Atalanta pushed for a goal, but again it was the post that prevented them from taking the lead. This time it was Lookman who failed due to the aluminum.
