The activation cost is €10 and includes €1 of telephone traffic included. If you request your SIM from the site, you have 30 days to activate it online or collect it at a Coop store.
The offer can also be activated by existing customers for a one-off €9.90, which will be deducted from the remaining SIM credit together with the first month’s fee. You will receive an SMS confirming activation.
HOW DO HOME SHIPPING AND ONLINE ACTIVATION WORK?
If you have chosen to receive the SIM at home, fill in the shipping details making sure to enter them correctly. Once received, connect to coopvoce.it/attiva, enter the order number that we have assigned and sent to you via email and SMS, and complete the registration by following the instructions.
Once the data registration has been completed, we will authenticate your activation request through video identification: make sure you use a desktop device equipped with a webcam (integrated or externally connected) or a mobile device with a camera (e.g. smartphone or tablet). Once the video identification is successful, within three working days, your telephone number will be transferred to CoopVoce and you will be able to start using our services.
If, however, you have chosen to order it from our website with delivery to a point of sale, enter the requested data online and collect your new SIM quickly and easily from your trusted Coop.
