Also for 2024 Fastweb supports the 5G Academy of the Federico II University of Naples. Already a partner of the Post-graduate edition, an initiative aimed at upskilling new graduate profiles, Fastweb will also be part of the panel of partner companies of the Professional path, dedicated to professionals who wish to deepen their skills in the field of innovation and of 5G.
The path began on January 11th and will end in October 2024, and will be divided into lectures and seminars for the development of the hard and soft skills most requested by the sector.
Fastweb will help support the initiative through teaching and talks aimed at consolidating the technological skills and soft skills required in the world of work.
The training will be possible thanks to the presence of Fastweb managers who will share experiences and know-how on vertical topics such as Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) technology, IoT, and transversal skills such as Project Management, the ability to develop effective presentations and Personal Branding, in order to encourage the development of professional skills for digital transformation.
In line with the Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition strategy, the initiative is part of the Fastweb program of projects aimed at schools and universities with the aim of promoting the digitalisation of the country and a wider diffusion of digital skills.
