At least 27 dead. Kremlin: “An act of monstrous terrorism”
(LaPresse) At least 27 people were killed and as many injured Sunday in a bombing in a market on the outskirts of the city of Donetsk, in Russian-occupied Ukraine. Flowers were laid at the site of the raid. Moscow accuses Kiev and the Kremlin spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, commented: “It is an act of monstrous terrorism”. (LaPresse/Ap)
