A violent storm surprised residents in the Zollernalb district on Thursday evening. The thunderstorm particularly raged in and around Bisingen. Numerous emergency services were alerted. Cellars were full and streets had to be closed.
Sirens wailed in Bisingen. Streams overflowed their banks. Cellars are full, traffic chaos on the B27. Numerous emergency services – including local fire departments, the DRK rescue service as well as the DLRG and the DRK water rescue service – were on large-scale operations from Thursday afternoon. Divers were ready. Inflatable boats could be seen. The reason was a storm that swept over the Zollernalb district and the extent of which could not yet be fully predicted in the evening.
