Launched about a year ago, Ford PartsPlus is now a consolidated reality and represents an absolute novelty for operators in the car repair sector in Italy.

Today the PartsPlus network has 20 operating centers, with 300 dedicated people who work every day in 20,000 m2 of warehouses dedicated to the storage of Ford, Motorcraft and Omnicraft spare parts. Ford Italia is revolutionizing the way of selling spare parts, helping to increase both the business of the PartsPlus Centers and the growth of authorized and independent repairers and body shops.

In just a few months, more than 20,000 car repairers have chosen Ford PartsPlus for the supply of spare parts throughout Italy. Each PartsPlus Center has a large stock of original Ford, Motorcraft, Omnicraft spare parts, oil and consumables.

Operators in the sector have at their disposal a reliable spare parts supply channel with competitive and dedicated prices. All orders are managed thanks to a warehouse developed by Keyloop Italia and shipped via a reliable and professional delivery service, in collaboration with AsConAuto which brings together 27 Consortia throughout Italy, 421 delivery vehicles and 131 promoters.

Keyloop’s Warehouse Management offers cutting-edge software solutions through the use of scanners and integrated telephony systems that make stock management, preparation and delivery of spare parts an efficient and effective activity. Furthermore, thanks to this technology, all 20 Centers are connected to each other to facilitate the transfer of one or more spare parts to another PartsPlus Center. All for the benefit of customers.

PartsPlus, in addition to selling and distributing original spare parts, makes experience and expertise available to operators in the sector. The entire network of PartsPlus Centers was designed paying particular attention to territorial coverage, knowledge and characteristics of the local business. A centralized credit control with 14 dedicated operators allows PartsPlus to offer its customers multiple payment methods (bank transfer, RIBA, SDD, POS) to meet all possible needs. In partnership with Intesa Sanpaolo SpA, Partsplus also facilitates the reconciliation of all payments by reordering and standardizing the Centers’ collections through a series of virtual accounts linked to the offices.
