Fossona Comics & Games is an unmissable event that will be held in Cervarese Santa Croce (PD) on 4 and 5 May 2024.This comics fair, organized by Davide Gomiero, promises to offer two intense days of fun and entertainment for all lovers of the world of comics and video games.
The event squares will be divided into three main areas: Comics and Games Square, Food Square (with a food island) and Events Square. In the Comics and Games Square we will find numerous stands with shops selling comics, manga, action figures and much more. Furthermore, there will be a space dedicated to retro video games, from the Nintendo NES to the most recent consoles, to entertain visitors for free. The Food Square will be a paradise for gastronomy lovers, with food trucks, pastry shops and a variety of stands offering food of all kinds, from Eastern to Western dishes, such as goyza, bubble tea and granitas.
Numerous activities will take place in the Events Square, including two cosplay competitions, a Just Dance tournament, Guess the Song, karaoke, workshops and many performances. Furthermore, it will be possible to participate in meet and greets with signed copies of the voice actors from the Amazon Prime series Hazbin Hotel: Rossa Caputo and Riccardo Suarez or, respectively, Charlie Stella del Mattino and Angel Dust.
On the evening of Saturday 4 May, Piazza Events will host a live concert with headphones, a Silent Party designed to reduce noise pollution and avoid disturbances to the surrounding population. During the concert, the voice actors will sing the songs from the TV series live, along with theme songs and mash-ups of the cartoons most loved by the public.
On Sunday the program will be similar, with the closing expected at 8pm and the presence of a cover band, Castalia, which will propose the theme songs of cartoons from the 80s and 90s to take a dive into the past.
