Le Chant du Gros unveiled on Monday the program for its 32nd edition which will take place from September 5 to 7 at Noirmont (JU). Musical styles range from French song to rap. Guest artists include Francis Cabrel, Pascal Obispo and Joey Starr.
The Chant du Gros festival will open Thursday September 5, 2024 with the Corsican group I Muvrini. This same evening will see Francis Cabrel and French singer-accordionist Claudio Capéo take the stage. Rap will also be present with Hugo TSR and Jurassien Sim’s.
Friday September 6, the festival will welcome Pascal Obispo for his anniversary tour marking his thirty-year career. Other French artists to perform Friday evening, rapper Joey Starr and songwriter Saez.
The next day, spectators will be able to listen to Patrick Fiori, Slimane or, in another register, the violinist and cellist sisters Camille and Julie Berthollet. Last year, more than 42,000 people made the trip to Le Noirmont. Ticket sales start on Wednesday.
