THE HAGUE – “Israel has committed, is committing and intends to continue committing acts of genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza”. This is the very harsh accusation made by South Africa to the Jewish State and filed last December 29th at International Court of Justice based in The Hague, Netherlands, the principal judicial body of the United Nations. An 84-page dossier in which Pretoria accuses Israel of having violated the “Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide” the “Convention for the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide” passed in 1948 and ratified by both nations, along with 150 other countries.
