BERLIN – In Germany the contagion alarm is skyrocketing. Today the incidence has reached an all-time high since the beginning of the pandemic: the Koch institute has detected on average 201.1 infected for every hundred thousand inhabitants in the last seven days. The positives are 15,513 but they do not make sense: over the weekend many regional data do not reach theIstituto Koch. And on the eve of the weekend they had reached the disturbing record of over 37 thousand.
