The explosion of chemical tanks in the solvent company was an accident | CorriereTV
A strong explosion occurred at a chemical production company in the Iranian town of Shahriyar west of Tehran. The local media announced this, specifying that immediately afterwards a vast fire broke out with enormous black smoke visible in several districts of the Iranian capital.
The local official, Vahid Golikani, explained that “it was ascertained that the accident was caused by a fire that occurred in the chemical tanks of a private company producing solvents”.
