– It’s really fun that the song – which I wrote, produced, mixed and mastered entirely myself – has resonated so much, says the artist, whose real name is Marie Ulven Ringheim, to VG.
On Friday evening, figures from Spotify show that the song, which was released in 2018, has reached a ten-digit number of plays on the streaming service. Altogether, the Horten girl has a total of 3.7 billion Spotify playbacks, spread over 39 released songs, according to the newspaper.
