The resolution contained more than 36,000 words. Xinhuanet also published an explanation of more than 6,600 words on the “Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party’s Centennial Struggle.”
These more than 40,000 characters, in addition to the CCP’s consistent characteristics of false propaganda and air fraud, it also exposes the CCP’s unprecedented infighting crisis and the real crisis it faces.
Crisis 1: The resolution drafting process is intriguing
This 6,600-word “drafting note” disclosed that the drafting of the third historical resolution started in March 2021 and lasted 8 months. Xi Jinping was the leader of the drafting team, and Wang Huning and Zhao Leji were the deputy team leaders. However, the statement immediately mentioned that “relevant leading comrades of the party and the state and relevant central departments and local responsible comrades participated” and the drafting group “under the leadership of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to undertake document drafting work”.
In other words, Wang Huning was the actual author of the drafting of the resolution and led by the Politburo Standing Committee, but many of the members of the Standing Committee and Xi Jinping were not in harmony with each other, and Wang Huning was the national teacher of the three dynasties. , Low-level red, high-level black is inevitable.

Crisis 2: Compromise at the beginning, in exchange for “Xi’s core”
The resolution is 36,000 words, 25,000 words describe the new era of Xi Jinping after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and 9,000 words describe the centuries of CCP history, which can be described as a “new era” of body atrophy and swollen toes.
In the full text, “Xi Jinping” appeared 22 times, “Mao Zedong” appeared 18 times, “Deng Xiaoping” appeared 6 times, and “Jiang Zemin” and “Hu Jintao” appeared once. The term “core” was associated with “Mao Zedong” only once, and with “Xi Jinping” nine times.
From the point of view of the ink, the “Xi core” obviously absolutely occupies the third resolution, but this does not mean that this third historical resolution has received unanimous approval and consensus within the party.
The resolution recognized in the opening “Preamble” that the first two historical resolutions of the CCP “played an important leading role in advancing the cause of the party and the people, and their basic statements and conclusions are still applicable to this day.”
Since Xi Jinping came to power, there has been an increasing tendency to worship Mao, demote Deng and turn left to lock the country, and he has repeatedly stated on major occasions that there is no denial of each other in the past 30 years. Crisis 3: Reset the Deng era’s conclusion on the Great Leap Forward and the Cultural Revolution
The text of the resolution put positive labels on the CCP’s tyranny of the Mao era, such as the suppression of rebellion, the three antis, the five antis, the Korean War, and public-private partnerships.
However, the main text used more than 300 words and a whole paragraph to repeat the mistakes of the Great Leap Forward, the People’s Commune, the Anti-Rightist Movement, and the Cultural Revolution. In this short paragraph, the writer strictly distinguishes the three concepts of “Party”, “Party Central Committee”, and “Mao Zedong”.
The resolution stated, “Faced with the severe and complex external environment at the time, the party paid great attention to the consolidation of the socialist regime and made various efforts to this end. However, Comrade Mao Zedong’s mistakes in the theory and practice of class struggle in socialist society have developed. It became more and more serious, and the Party Central Committee failed to correct these errors in time. Comrade Mao Zedong made a completely erroneous estimate of the class situation in our country and the political situation of the party and the country at that time, and launched and led the’Cultural Revolution’.”
The above words have three meanings: Mao Zedong was wrong; the Party Central Committee failed to correct the mistakes in time; the party was correct.
The resolution also stated that the Cultural Revolution was used by Lin Biao and Jiangqing to carry out “a large number of criminal activities that harmed the country and the people, leading to a decade of civil unrest”, and “the lesson is extremely painful.”
The resolution also affirmed that the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee was the key link to end class struggle, opened the “reform and opening up” line, and denied the Cultural Revolution and the “two alls” of Hua Guofeng. The term “reform and opening up” appeared 40 times in the full text of the resolution.
The above statement in the resolution is obviously different from the policy of the supreme authority in recent years. Not long ago, the authorities set off the Cultural Revolution 2.0 storm by strengthening centralization and left a deep impression on the world. The outside world speculated that China might reverse history and return to the Cultural Revolution era. Reform is dead and open to seizures. In particular, the CCP’s definition of the Cultural Revolution in its textbooks for primary and secondary schools in recent years has undergone a qualitative change. It no longer mentions the Cultural Revolution as a “mistake” but an “exploration” on the way forward.
Today, the third historical resolution resets the historical conclusion of the Deng era on the Cultural Revolution, which is self-evident and shows that there is a general internal dislike of the authorities’ Cultural Revolution 2.0.
Crisis 4: Maintain the June 4th conclusion and inherit the CCP’s negative equity
In the communiqué of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the June 4th massacre was assigned to Jiang Zemin without nomination. However, in the full text of the resolution, it was written in a separate paragraph, saying, “Due to the support of the hostile forces against the Communist Party and socialism in the world. 1989 is obviously Deng Xiaoping’s political negative equity, and Jiang Zemin cannot escape his crime. Xi Jinping affirmed the repressive movement from the standpoint of the CCP in his historical resolution and basically inherited this negative equity.
Crisis 5: Zhou Bodang, Guo Boxiong, etc. were written into the resolution
In the “Anti-Corruption” section, the resolution mentioned “preventing the formation of interest groups within the party, investigating and prosecuting serious violations of discipline and law such as Zhou Yongkang, Bo Xilai, Sun Zhengcai, and Ling Jihua.” At the same time, it concealed that Zhou Bo’s case was described as “The party focuses on corruption cases where political and economic issues are intertwined.”
The resolution in the section “On National Defense and Army Building” exposed Xi Jinping’s power crisis in the military. “There was a period when the leadership of the People’s Army was weakened. The paragraph also talked about “resolutely investigate and deal with serious violations of laws and regulations such as Guo Boxiong, Xu Caihou, Fang Fenghui, and Zhang Yang, and thoroughly eliminate their toxic effects, and promote the fundamental improvement of the political ecology of the people’s army.”
As everyone knows, Zhou Yongkang, Bo Xilai, Sun Zhengcai, Guo Boxiong, Xu Caihou, etc. are all hardcore forces in Jiang Zemin’s military and political circles. In this resolution, the CCP still binds the CCP to the state power, frankly saying “In the new era, our country is facing a more severe national security situation, with unprecedented external pressure, and traditional security threats and non-traditional security threats are intertwined,” Black Swan ‘,’Gray Rhino’ incidents happen from time to time.” He also pointed out that “national security is a top priority.”

Crisis 7: Acknowledging the economic dilemma and the shackles of the system

Crisis 8: The expression of the Taiwan issue shows that the CCP is “schizophrenic”
Regarding the Taiwan issue, the third historical resolution mentioned it in both historical stages. This statement is very “schizophrenic.” “A family on both sides of the strait” directly slapped the face and “stayed on the island without leaving people.” These spears and shields were thrown out by the CCP.
