He shot his mother in a room to end her illness

A tragic incident unfolded at the La Trinidad Medical Teaching Center on Tuesday morning, as a man reportedly ended his mother’s life before taking his own. The mother, identified as Fidelina Ramírez Monsalve, had been admitted to the clinic for over a week due to a terminal illness. Her son, Jesús Lobos Ramírez, allegedly used a firearm to end her suffering before turning it on himself. Authorities from the Baruta municipal police and the Cicpc are currently investigating the incident. The community is shocked and saddened by this heartbreaking event.
