Actor Hiroshi Tate (74) appeared on Nippon Television’s “Shabekuri 007” broadcast on the 13th (9:00 on Mondays) and talked about his childhood.
When a black-and-white photo of him as a child, with his bangs cut straight and looking like a monk, was released, Tachi laughed and said, “I’m not a monk,” but added, “I was serious (when I was a child). My parents were strict with me. Our family was relatively old, so when I was in elementary school I was told that I couldn’t wear jeans.”
When MC Shinya Ueda of “Cream Stew” asked him why, Tate immediately replied, “Because it’s vulgar.” There was a surprised voice from the studio, and Teppei Arita nodded, saying, “That’s the era.”
Her father was a doctor, and she aimed to follow in his footsteps, but failed to take the medical school entrance exam. He eventually formed a motorcycle team called “Cools,” but he revealed that he had given up on becoming a doctor and went on to a different career path, saying, “I failed the medical school entrance exam, so I’m done with it.” Ta.
Haruyuki Mizuguchi, a member of “Cools”, appears on the program. When it was revealed that when he was young, he used to hold “pick-up tournaments” on Tate’s orders, Tate stopped him, laughing and saying, “It’s a boring story, so please cut it out.”
