Maroanging, (Bone Public Relations) –This online training was used by MIN 1 Educators to increase their knowledge and experience, especially those related to their main duties as staff. State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIN) 1 Bone Educators used their free time to take part in training organized by the Religious Moderation and Human Resources Development Agency (BMBPSDM) Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia.
This training is official training organized by the Ministry of Religion as a forum for competency development for all people who serve in the Ikhlas Beramal Corps. Participants took part in this MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) model training by accessing the Ministry of Religion’s Smart Platform.
“There is a lot of training available in this smart application, both related to our main duties as teachers or other technical matters. “Every month there will be several trainings held, it depends on each of us which training options we are interested in taking part in,” explained Sitti Hajerah, one of the MIN 1 Educators who took part in the training, Tuesday (6/2/2024) this afternoon.
Apart from that, the educator who is familiarly called Hajerah said that one of the advantages of taking part in this training is that the time is flexible so that participants are able to take part in the training at any time as long as the implementation time is still available. MIN 1 educators who take part in this training then use the time after midday prayers.
By using their respective laptops and cellphones, these educators continue to hone and update their knowledge as a provision for serving religion, nation, state and society while waiting for the time to go home, so that it does not interfere with their daily teaching duties. (AhYan/Ahdi)
