Italian brand Alpinestarsspecialized in the running apparel segment (racewear), chose Ipiranga Racing as a platform for entry into the Brazilian market and will, from 2024, dress pilots Thiago Camilo and Cesar Ramos in the Stock Carthe main category of national motorsport.
Ipiranga Racing drivers will wear jumpsuits, underwear, gloves and shoes approved by the International Automobile Federation (FIA) for use in Formula 1. In the main category of world motorsport, Alpinestars is a supplier to the teams McLaren, Haas, Alpine and Red Bull.
Founded in 1963 in Italy to produce ski clothing, Alpinestars has been in the motorcycle market for decades. The company founded its motorsport division in 2000. In Stock Car, Ipiranga will be the only team to use the Italian brand.

The 2024 Stock Car season will start this weekend. The first stage of the year will be held in Goiânia (GO).
