Rafael Grossi, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, met with the new head of Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization, Mohammed Eslamy, on Sunday morning, and the Israeli Prime Minister once again called on major powers to take action to end Iran’s nuclear program.
The head of Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization, Mohamed Eslamy, said at a press conference after the meeting that his meeting with the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency was positive and that technical issues were discussed at the meeting.
Eslamy added that Iran is concerned about building trust with the International Atomic Energy Agency and mutual trust between the two parties.
He emphasized that Grossi would visit Tehran again to replace the memory card of the surveillance cameras of Iran’s nuclear facilities and complete the talks with Iranian officials. He pointed out that in accordance with the terms of the comprehensive safeguard agreement, the memory card of the surveillance camera will be stored in Iran.
The director of the International Atomic Energy Agency stated that the agency needs to continue negotiations with Iran, and the two sides agreed to continue negotiations in Vienna.
