In a leadership call that entrepreneur Isabelle Ringnes has published on Linkedin, she focuses heavily on human rights. This without spending a single paragraph telling about the gross crimes women were subjected to on 7 October.

This is a breaking latest news
The breaking latest news expresses the writer’s attitude.
On October 8, a video went viral. There were pictures of a young woman. She is lying on her back, you can see her lower abdomen. Her face is burned beyond recognition. The woman is photographed by another woman who is desperately looking for friends who have been massacred at the Nova music festival.
One was found dead, with bullets allegedly shot into the genitals.
A third was raped while she was stabbed in the back with a knife.
Another was raped while her breasts were cut off. The breasts were then thrown around by the terrorists as if they were toys.
And then there are the stories of gang rapes: Five men raping one woman.
Also: The story of another group of terrorists who alternately laughed and screamed while raping women.
The information I am writing about here is taken from a two-month-long investigation carried out by the New York Times. You can read the whole case her.

Hundreds of leaders in petition about the Gaza war: – Surpasses most of what we have seen in recent times
Unfortunately, many survivors and the families of those murdered have had to respond to conspiracy theories afterwards. Social media has been flooded with people denying what happened. Unfortunately, and fortunately, journalists, survivors and doctors have been able to document what happened. I have the benefit of reading about violence on such a scale that these women were exposed to – only to be met with denial afterwards.
Where is the solidarity?
Just these days, Isabelle Ringnes has been writing a leadership call for human rights, but I don’t see these stories mentioned in a single word? But could it be that a paragraph has been omitted from the appeal?
The people I’m talking about are no longer alive. But there are women in Gaza who we know are raped and grossly mistreated by Hamas terrorists; the few hostages who have returned tell both their own horrifying stories and how those now held captive by Hamas are being raped.
Because when you write a leadership appeal for human rights, you mean all people, right? In the letter, you appeal to all business leaders to stand up for justice and global responsibility. But that does not apply to any of the Israeli families? The babies that were burned? The families who were bound together while watching other family members being tortured? Earlier this month, the youngest hostage in captivity celebrated its one-year anniversary. His name is Kfir Bibas. A baby should not celebrate its one year anniversary in captivity.
It’s not too late to include everyone
Right now 132 hostages are trapped in Gaza, 19 of these are women and 2 are children. You write that the violations of international law that we see now must have consequences, but I cannot see that she mentions with a single word that any of what I describe above will have any consequences for Hamas. Because I have read thoroughly in your text to see if compassion also applies to Israelis. But I can’t find it anywhere. But it could be a mistake, please let me know.
It was peace until 7 October.
I would like to remind you that there was a ceasefire until 7 October 2023. And that Israel was well on its way to normalizing relations with several Arab countries. But Hamas did not want to be part of this. So they chose to massacre, burn, rape and murder in what became the worst attack on Jews since the Holocaust. We did not want this war. We are a very small country – just over 21,000 square kilometers, smaller than Troms county. Right now we are being attacked from the north by the Iranian-controlled Hezbollah, from Yemen and from Hamas in Gaza. If we don’t respond, we will die.
War is cruel and there is no doubt that loss feels equally cruel to both sides.
But it is with some surprise that I read that you demand human rights only for one of the sides. But maybe that sentence fell out when you wrote the petition?
Human rights are universal and they should and do include Jewish people.
In conclusion, I would like to add: I have great compassion for the Palestinians who are suffering in Gaza, they have been used as human shields by a terrorist organization for the last 16 years.
They are also victims of Hamas’s terror.
The appeal could also be about that.
