The comedian Djimo was placed under the status of assisted witness as part of an investigation into gang rape. This procedure comes from a complaint filed in March 2023 by dubbing actress Elise Vigné.
The facts date back to an alcoholic evening in 2015 while she was working as a manager at the Paname Comedy club. That evening, Elise Vigné invites the two stand-uppers Lenny M’Bunga and Djimo to her home.
The comedian would have penetrated him in his sleep

The same day, Elise Vigné confided in Akim Omiri, a stand-up comedian who told investigators that he had heard Lenny M’Bunga do a sketch about this episode on stage. The latter’s lawyer, Romain Dieudonné, denied the existence of these comments.
However, Akim Omiri mentions “valves” and accusations against Elise Vigné, of all the comedians of the Paname Comedy club: “It ruined his life“, he explained.
The two defendants dispute the facts
Following his complaint filed in March 2023, a judicial investigation “for rape” targeting the two actors was opened at the beginning of 2024. The latter were placed under the status of assisted witness: Djimo for “rape committed in a meeting” and Lenny M’Bunga for “complicity in rape committed in a meeting”, according to the Bobigny prosecutor’s office (Seine-Saint-Denis), requested by Médiapart. This status means that the judges do not have enough evidence for an indictment.
Contacted by Médiapart, Djimo’s lawyers, Gabriel Dumenil and Marc Bailly, specified that their client “strongly contests the facts andwishes to continue to collaborate with the judicial authority”.
Romain Dieudonné, Lenny M’Bunga’s lawyer, declared that his client contested “firmly having committed the slightest offense”.
