Bernard Silva has the opportunity to leave Manchester City to move to Barcelona in summer. Joao Felix admitted that he had convinced his compatriot.
The tiny Man City winger has been linked with a move to Catalonia since last summer. However, Bernardo Silva ultimately stayed because Barca was reportedly unable to meet his price tag.

Joao Felix said, Bernard Silva asked a lot about Barcelona. However, Felix admitted that the transfer would not be determined by the player’s own wishes.
“If Bernardo Silva comes, I will ask for a commission,” said Joao Felix Radio Catalonia. “Everything I have said is true, and if he comes they will be happy with him.”
“He was very careful about everything and he asked me about places to stay, places to eat, about security… He also asked a little about everything and I said about taxes because that was what came to mind.”
When asked if he had convinced Bernardo Silva to move to Barcelona, Joao Felix replied: “I think so. Well, but now I don’t think the move is up to him.”
Bernardo Silva has made 345 appearances for Manchester City with 64 goals and 63 assists. The 29 year old player is still under contract at the Etihad until the summer of 2026.
