Bola.net – Kai Havertz seems increasingly attuned to Arsenal’s game. It was feared that he would be a flop purchase this season. However, Havertz is slowly proving his quality.
Most recently, Havertz contributed one goal in Arsenal’s 3-0 win over Brighton. The two teams met at Falmer Stadium in the 2023/2024 Premier League match, Saturday 6 April 2024.
This one goal adds to Havertz’s contribution to Arsenal this season. The former Chelsea player has scored 10 goals and 5 assists from 42 appearances in all competitions.
Interestingly, Havertz played in the false nine role in the match against Brighton yesterday and he seemed to be in harmony with the other Arsenal strikers.

Arteta said about Havertz
Havertz did have difficulties at the start of this season. He has just arrived from Chelsea and there are doubts about his quality, considering that Havertz’s contribution to the Blues is also minimal.
Even so, Mikel Arteta continues to give him confidence. Havertz is slowly finding his confidence, Havertz’s performance continues to improve.
“Yes [Havertz] clearly had a big impact on the team. “I think his overall performance has been very good and now, in terms of goal contribution, he is also making a very, very high contribution,” said Arteta.

Havertz is comfortable at Arsenal
Indeed, Havertz’s position in the attack line is quite unique. He is not a pure striker, nor is he a pure winger. He played a role in filling holes in Arsenal’s attack scheme, and was even given freedom.
“I think at the moment everything is flowing very well for Kai and he feels very comfortable here. The team also feels comfortable with him, other things happen naturally,” concluded Arteta.
