BEIJING – Kim Jong-un raises tensions on the Korean peninsula dangerously: agencies for dialogue with the South to be closed, monuments to reunification (such as the imposing arch built by his father) to be destroyed, Seoul to be officially included in the Constitution as the “main enemy” and borders with South Korea to be “better defined”. “We don’t want war, but we have no intention of avoiding it,” says the leader.
