On the occasion of her birthday: Lady Gaga has a new wax figure in Berlin – with a very special hand position.

Lady Gaga (37) has a new image in Berlin. The capital city branch of Madame Tussauds has unveiled the singer’s new wax figure at the Estrel Hotel. Normally, the living doppelgängers of celebrities appear on stage here as part of the “Stars in Concert” series. “Of course, this required an appropriately glamorous presentation,” says Nadja Troublefield, general manager of Madame Tussauds, according to a press release. “It’s all the better that we were able to stage the figure on their show stage with the support of the Estrel Hotel.”

At Madame Tussauds, Lady Gaga will then find her place in the awards area of ​​the exhibition, next to the likenesses of stars like Harry Styles (30) and Rihanna (36). The figure replaces the old Lady Gaga, which was introduced in Berlin in 2010.

Monster claw and “House of Gucci” dress

Like its model, the statue is 1.55 meters tall. She is wearing a replica of the red dress that Lady Gaga wore at the Italian premiere of her film “House of Gucci” (2021). The right hand has raised the wax Gaga to one of her trademarks: the monster claw. The claw is an identifying symbol among her fans, who Lady Gaga calls Little Monster. She herself is Mama Monster. Stefani Germanotta also had the claw, her real name, tattooed on her back.

Berlin Gaga is not the only wax image of the superstar. There are over 20 Mama Monster figures in various Madame Tussauds branches around the world. There is even one X account dedicated to the wax Gagas.

By the way, the entire week at Madame Tussauds in Berlin is dedicated to Lady Gaga. The singer will celebrate her 38th birthday on March 28, 2024.
