Libya, UN report: “War crimes and persecutions against migrants”

ROME – The latest report of a UN mission that has analyzed the conditions of human rights in Libya in recent months has been published. The report of the Independent Commission analyzes the conduct of the civil war and the crimes of war and against humanity committed by almost all the parties involved, and denounces the behavior of the Coast Guard, or rather of the different Libyan units called “Coast Guard”, arguing that operations to block migrants at sea are all dangerous.
