The actress and singer-songwriter was born on December 15, 1997 in Seelze near Hanover. Lina discovered her singing talent early on; when she was around 16, her joy of singing led her to the KiKA singing competition “Dein Song”. With her song “Freaking Out,” the teenager secured the title of “Young songwriter of the year.” The win got her further TV appearances and a second single called “Right Heard”. In 2017 and 2018 the singer released her albums “Ego” and “R3EBELLIN”. In April, she thrilled her fans in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with her current studio album “24/1” on her sold-out tour.
Parallel to her singing career, Lina Larissa Strahl celebrated her acting debut with her role as Bibi Blocksberg in “Bibi & Tina – The Film” (2013). She also secured the leading role as Bibi Blocksberg in the three sequels of the “Bibi & Tina” series.
The 26-year-old most recently played the leading role in the film “All for Ella” (2022). The native of Lower Saxony also works as a voice actress. She voiced the main character in the German version of the Oscar-winning Disney animated film “Moana”.

The actress is particularly concerned with the role of Bibi Blocksberg. “There was a phase when it stressed me out because I thought it would never stop,” said Lina Larissa Strahl of “Bild”. As a teenager, she often felt not understood and felt alone with her “monsters” in her head. That’s why she has now started the podcast “Feel I” on the topic of mental health.

The two met in 2016 and lived together in Hamburg. Shortly before the start of “Let’s Dance” Lina Larissa Strahl announced her separation to “Bild”.
