Macron-Draghi letter, the battle with the frugal and the plan to cancel the debt of the pandemic

Brussels – “A debt assumption plan, that is, a plan to transfer a portion of the national debt accumulated during the pandemic from the European Central Bank’s balance sheet to a European debt management agency.” Here is the real objective of the letter signed yesterday by Mario Draghi ed Emmanuel Macron. Amend the Stability Pact changing the root of those debt and deficit rules.
