We have highlighted a The Killers already Moonlight as two of the important names joining the line-up of Madrid’s Mad Cool Festival, but there is much more news. Twenty-one in total, so to the names of these two large groups we can add those of international and national artists such as Rema, Bar Italia, 2Many Dj’s, Depression Sonora, Sexyy Red, Lord Huron, Tyla, Picture Parlor, Alec Benjamin, Nia Archives, Andrés Campo, Sea Girls, Nadye, Comandante Twin, Julia Sabaté, Choses Sauvages y Slix. That is to say, a wide stylistic range for a festival that already had a long list of participants announced so far.

Among the artists that had been previously announced we find names of the caliber of Pearl Jam, Dua Lipa, Avril Lavigne, Bring Me The Horizon, The Smashing Pumpkins, Garbage, Michael Kiwanuka and many more. The poster will be completed with the announcement of whoever wins the Mad Cool Talent by Vibra Mahou and the Mad Cool Dj Talent by Vibra Mahou. Furthermore, in this new edition, Mad Cool Festival joins The Spanish Wave presenting three exclusive slots in association with different international export offices. This union was born with the objective of continuing to position Madrid as a meeting point between national and international talent, being a city that receives culture that welcomes the most innovative proposals, with great projection and diversity. In this edition, Dutch Music Export from the Netherlands will introduce us to the charismatic Dutch artist Julia Sabaté; direct from Scotland, we can enjoy the energetic indie-punk and revolutionary live from Slix, presented by Wide Days Showcase Festival and Take The Weight Off. Mad Cool Festival 2024 will also feature the Montreal dance-punk group Wild Thingspresented by Costume Records with the support of SODEC Quebec.
