Carlo Giannini, a 34 year old from Mesagne (Brindisi), was found dead yesterday morning in a park in Sheffield in England. The British police, in a note published on their website, communicate that he has opened an investigation for murder and appeals to anyone who has seen something. Giannini’s death dates back to the night between 11 and 12 May.
According to what ANSA learns from Italian investigative sources, Giannini’s relatives are in contact with the Italian consulate and it is not excluded that they may travel to Sheffield in the next few hours.
The 34-year-old had moved abroad for work: first to Germany, where he had opened a pizzeria, and then recently to England where he continued his business as a pizza maker.
